Any product on the website with an “Add to Bag” button is available for purchase through the website. If you are interested in an item that does not have an “Add to Bag” button, please contact us for assistance. What if a product is currently unavailable on bmtjewelry.com?
If a product is unavailable on our website, please contact our Client Care team to receive additional information about the product.
Can I get a product personalized?
Personalization is available only for specific pieces. If you are interested in jewelry engraving, you are welcome to contact our Client Care team. A member of the team will let you know if the piece can be personalized and guide you through the creation process.
Is in-store pickup available for items on bmtjewelry.com?
In-store pickup is currently not available for items on bmtjewelry.com.
Does BMT Jewelry resize their products?
BMT Jewelry offers various measurement sizes for its pieces. Resizing is available only for our fine jewelry. If this is the case, then the representative working with you on your fine jewelry experience will consult you about resizing.

Orders take 2-3 business days to process. If you need to change or cancel your order, please reach out to our Client Care team as soon as possible. If the order has been processed, no changes can be made. You can refund the item(s) within 7 days after the delivery date. What shipping address can I use for my BMT Jewelry order?
For safety reasons, BMT Jewelry will not ship out to any PO Boxes. If you select a PO Box, a member from our Client Care team will reach out to you for an alternative address.

How long do I have to return an item and receive a full refund?

How long do I have to exchange an item?

Packaging & Gifts
What will the packaging of my BMT Jewelry look like when I receive it?
Your BMT Jewelry pieces will come in discreet packaging to ensure a secure delivery. Your package will be protectively wrapped inside and will come with a bag. It will have a customized message if it has been requested upon checkout.
Can I add a personal message to a gift item?
Yes, you may add a personal message to your purchase. Once you have selected to checkout there will be a textbox on the left-hand side of the Subtotal and Checkout button that will say “Order special instructions.”
Can my gift item also be wrapped?
All our pieces come beautifully packed in our signature boxes. If the order has a personal message, it will be wrapped as a gift unless specified otherwise.
