Shipping policy

Please allow 2-3 business days (business days are Monday-Friday) for your orders to be processed and shipped. Orders will be shipped using the carrier selected during checkout.

Once shipped, your estimated arrival time and specific tracking information will vary on the delivery service you picked during checkout.

We only offer shipping within the United States, if you are interested in international shipping, please contact us via email at bmtjewelry@gmail.com.

Processing and delivery time may vary during sales/promotions and the holiday season.

Wrong Delivery/Shipping Address 

If you enter the wrong shipping address when checking out, contact us immediately via email at bmtjewelry@gmail.com. Include the following information:

  • Name
  • Order number
  • Old shipping address
  • New shipping address

Changes can only be made once.

Remember you have 2-3 business days for orders to process, so please reach out to us as soon as possible to get the issue fixed on time. If you reach out to us and the item has already shipped, we will not be liable for the misplaced package(s).

Lost or Missing Package(s) 

BMT Jewelry is not liable for missing or lost packages. If the tracking information shows that the package was delivered but is lost or missing, it is an issue with the shipping provider, not BMT Jewelry. Please reach out to the shipping provider.

If the shipping provider claims the package was lost during delivery or stolen, please contact us via email with the following information:

  • Name
  • Order number
  • Proof from the shipping company

Only then can we fulfill the order or issue a store credit for the full amount if items are sold out.
