Refund policy
We only offer full refunds within 7 days of delivery.
However, we can offer exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, contact us at bmtjewelry@gmail.com. Please include the following information:
- Name
- Order number
- Reason for return (with proof, if applicable)
If you are eligible for a return, we will reach out to you with additional information and the next steps. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. You will be refunded in your original form of payment. Unauthorized returns will not be eligible for a refund, and we will send the package back to you. We are not accountable for unauthorized returns that are damaged or lost in transit.
If our quality control team regards your item(s) as worn or used, we will inform you via email, and your return may not be processed.
There are exclusions to our return policy. Exclusions include any on sale items, gift card purchases, specific discounts/promotions (will state “no returns/exchanges”), and custom/personalized pieces. Additional details to these exceptions are listed below.
Exceptions from Return and Refund Policy
We will not issue returns or refunds for the items listed below:
- Items on our sale page
- Custom/Personalized Pieces that include initials, years, or names on any of our pieces
- Items purchased with a gift card
- Any discounts or promotions that say “No returns or exchanges”
Store Credit/Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 14 days after the delivery date. If you would like to exchange something, please email us, and let us know you would like to begin an exchange. Please include:
- Name
- Order number
We will respond with additional information and steps, and you will be responsible for any shipping costs.
Wrong Item
If you receive a wrong item, you have 7 days after the delivery date to contact us. We will evaluate the situation, cover additional shipping costs, and ensure you get your desired product(s) as soon as possible.
Damaged Item
Once you receive your order, we recommend you inspect your item(s). If there are any damaged or defective items, please contact us immediately via email. Please keep in mind you have 14 days after the delivery date to report a defective item. We strive for quality in all our pieces and will reach out to you with the proper steps.
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, contact us immediately. If the item was already shipped, we cannot cancel your order.
